What is group coaching?
Group coaching facilitates learning, and supports change across your organisation or community. It builds on the wisdom of action learning. A Group Coach will partner individuals as they get into action and reflection towards their goals, with their peers.
What is team coaching?
Team Coaching is on the rise! Organisations have discovered the beneficial, systemic effects of coaching teams. It changes outcomes. For example, it can: gain commitment from team members, reconcile different or competing agendas, align to a shared purpose. It will raise awareness levels and build collaborative ways of working together.

What is a team?
A small group of people, with complementary skills, who are committed to a common purpose… for which they hold themselves mutually accountable.”

What makes a Team Coach effective?
It’s what you are doing AND who you are being. Team coaches understand the different range of options which can develop, grow or transform a team. So you can flex the approach to meet the needs of that team or group in the moment. Effective team coaches attend to each interchange in team activities AND notice what is happening for the team as a whole.
What can team coaching deliver?
Team Coaching increases collective capability (Clutterbuck, 2014 and Jones et Al, 2019)
And it develops and sustains the team’s systemic thinking. (Hawkins, 2017)
