Coach Training

Our International Coaching Federation (ICF) aligned programmes offer global best practice training in coaching to ensure you and your teams can learn and adopt coaching skills that will make a big difference to your business. We have two core coach training programmes that include:

Introduction to Coaching Skills

Coaching celebrates strengths and uncovers areas for improvement, enabling individuals to understand what drives their own thinking, which provides the catalyst for effective and long lasting behaviour change.

This introduction to coaching skills course is delivered over the period of 1-day at your business premises, sharing some of the core approaches and tools used in coaching conversations and enabling your people to adopt a coach approach in their every day working lives.

Our full coach training programme, the Executive and Organisational Coaching Certificate (EOCC) is fully accredited with “Approved Coaching Specific Training Hours” (ACSTH) by the ICF, meaning the programme provides the required hours for your application to apply for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
