Our team of International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coaches offer global best practice in coaching to ensure you and your teams can unlock their potential and make a big difference to your business. We have four coaching options that include:

One to One Coaching

Coaching celebrates strengths and uncovers areas for improvement, enabling individuals to understand what drives their own thinking, which provides the catalyst for effective and long lasting behaviour change.

Our team of experienced and fully ICF (International Coach Federation) coaches work in partnership with your people to explore behaviour and thinking.

Executive Coaching

In addition to one to one coaching for all people in an organisation, we also provide specialised one to one coaching for senior executives to help them release their potential and dramatically improve the performance of themselves and their organisation.

The coach in these sessions provide an independent sounding board – providing someone to hear your thinking, and tap into new thinking for better results. Whether this is on strategy, culture change, work relationships, team engagement or performance, leading change, motivating yourself, influencing skills, working in a new/challenging environment, or values/behaviour alignments, our team of expert executive coaches are there to help you move to the next level.

Team Coaching

Coaching has a dramatic impact on the personal and professional performance of your people, but we understand it is not always viable to provide everyone with one to one coaching. This is why we provide a Team Coaching option that uses the same coaching skills and tools but delivered across a wider group to improve team performance.

In Team Coaching we begin by understanding the differences between team members, then focus on agreed outcomes, roles and responsibilities. Whether this is with a newly created team or an existing team, the coach keeps the conversations focussed at the high level which will deliver your strategic objectives.

Emotional and Social intelligences enable us to bring out the best in ourselves and others and so produce outstanding organisational performance. People with strengths in emotional and social intelligence understand unspoken emotions and group dynamics and can build influence as they cultivate positive and powerful relationships.

People with deficits in any of the competencies of EI can lack the motivation and planning required to achieve aspirational goals or to lead others effectively. Our EI assessment tool (called ESCI) and follow-up support helps your people improve their level of Emotional Intelligence and improve both their personal and professional impact.
