Jo has been coaching and mentoring for 17 years and has been a Senior Advisor in Organisational Development – Leadership Development and Coaching in large organisation as well as a leadership consultant in multiple sectors. Her first career was counselling and a she is a specialist in adult adoption personal development.

Jo’s specialty areas include; developing new and emerging leaders into inspiring affective and high-performing leaders, providing high performing leaders with a quality thinking space to expand their leadership repertoire, coaching leaders who want to grow their ‘leadership prescence’ through Mindful Awareness.

Jo also works with professionals, business owners, entrepreneurs and staff who want to communicate, relate and influence better. She is pasionate about working individuals who feel that they are languishing in unhelpful patterns and want to tap into their potential, grow and flourish.

Jo provides Supervision to support coaches and professionals in providing best practice to their clients, though gaining a deeper understanding of who they are ‘being’and what they are ‘doing’ in their work.

Another of Jo’s areas of speciality is coaching adult adoptees who want to understand and integrate their adoption experience, explore what else is possible and enjoy a positive mindset towards themselves and life.

Jo coaches from a foundation of rigorous studies and empirical research coupled with an intuitive warm and person-centred approach. She facilitates change and development drawing upon transformational adult learning theory, positive psychology, neuroscience and professional coaching skills and tools. Her clients enjoy her professional, energised, relaxed and empathic coaching style. Jo is an accredited practitioner in Human Synergistics LSI 1&2, Lominger Leadership Architect, and is a Gallup Strengths Performance coach and workshop facilitator.
